HOW TO MEASURE

1. Shoulder width Measure from one shoulder edge to the other, passing just above the shoulder blades. Keep the tape straight without pulling it too tight. 2. Chest Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, passing under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape horizontal and close to the body without tightening. 3. Waist Measure around your natural waist, at the narrowest part of your torso. Keep the tape straight and lightly fitted. 4. Sleeve length With your arm relaxed at your side, measure from the edge of your shoulder down to the base of your thumb.
