Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we provide international shipping*. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are prepared within an average of 1 to 3 business days*; this may take longer during busy periods. In addition to this logistical time, the below delivery times must also be taken into account.
For deliveries in France, orders are then delivered to your home by Colissimo with delivery against signature, Monday to Saturday, within an average of 2 to 3 days, excluding public holidays.
Orders are delivered by DHL (Express or Standard, depending on the destination). DHL only delivers on business days, according to the average delivery times below, given for information purposes only:

- Europe: 1 to 2 days (not including Cyprus)- USA: 1 to 3 days- Rest of the world: 1 to 4 days (with exceptions)DHL STANDARD:- Only available in Europe: 2 to 5 business days (with exceptions)Delivery times may be extended during busy periods or in the event of a stock shortage.Please note that circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, may result in delivery delays.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to register your return request.

Unfortunately, exchanges are currently not possible for orders placed on ilimito.com However, you can return the order or item under the conditions and place a new order.
YES,all returned or refused shipments are subject to outbound freight charges and return freight charges.
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the soles intact for shoes; they must have been tried on on a clean surface) and with all their original labels.
Shoes must be returned in their original box, inside a parcel. Please return the order in its original packaging. Personalized products cannot be returned.
If a return is deemed non-compliant by ILIMITO, the return will be refused and we will not be able to refund the order. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If you have a promotional code, you will be able to enter it in the “promotional code” field located on the order confirmation page at checkout.
Once validated, the offer will be automatically taken into account and you can check it has been applied to your order before making payment. You can enter and combine several promotional codes: a new field will be displayed once the first valid code is entered at checkout.
Tax and customs regulations differ from country to country. Consequently, depending on the destination country, you may be liable for taxes and customs duties.
